Our Process
CHCI is here to accompany and advise you through the Fair Deal process. We can tailor the support you require based on your needs.
Stage 1 - Initial Enquiry
Let us know via email, phone call or enquiry form what your requirements are and we can advise what we can offer and whether you require our support.
Stage 2 - Fact Gathering
In order to proceed and depending on your requirements we will need to gather all information such as income, assets etc. We will advise you what information we require in order to proceed.
Stage 3 - Report
We will complete a report based on the information received which will advise you of the following:
- Fair Deal contribution calculation
- Taxation advice
- How to complete the application
- Funding advice
- Home Loan alternative
- Capacity advice
Stage 4 - Consultation Meeting
Once we have received all the necessary information, we will arrange a consultation, which can be held either in person or online. The meeting typically lasts one hour. During this session, we will present the calculated Fair Deal contribution based on the information we've gathered. We will review the report in detail and address any questions or clarifications you may have.
Stage 5 - Apply for Fair Deal
Optional: Based on your needs and level of support required we can complete the application form and send all information to the Fair Deal Department on your behalf.
